Justice Munishwar Nath Bhandari took the oath of office as the Chief justice of Madras administered by Governor RN Ravi held at Raj Bhavan. The warrant of being appointed issued by President Ram Nath Kovind was handed over by RN Ravi to Justice Bhandari.
